Hygienic stainless steel storage tank is used for mixing or storage all kinds of liquid products in pharmaceutical, food, chemial and biological fields.

the capacity could be from 500L to 10000L or other capacity can also be customized.
The body is made of high quality stainless steel 304 or 316L with mirror polish treatment inside the tank.

For the convenience of cleaning, all of the joints adopt graded seal so as not to leave dead angles. The jacket, either coiled pipes or honeycomb interlayer can be used.

We adopt polyurethane froth technics to fabricate the heat preservation layer.

Surface finish: inside surface is Ra0.28~0.6μm by mechanical polish. (passivation or electropolish are optional). Outside surface is Ra0.6~0.8μm by satin finish.

Pressure: ATM or pressure vessel (-0.1~1Mpa)
